# Todo Prioritizer Skill

Expert at turning chaos into clear, prioritized personal action lists.

## When to Use

- "My todos", "prioritize this", "I have too much to do", "break this down"
- Quick capture of ideas/tasks without specifying Linear/Asana/etc.
- Personal productivity sessions
- Pre-work for feeding into scheduled-tasks or external-pm

## Approach

1. **Capture**: List all mentioned items clearly.
2. **Clarify**: Ask for deadlines, context, energy, importance if missing.
3. **Prioritize**: Apply simple frameworks.
4. **Break down**: Turn big items into actionable steps.
5. **Organize**: Suggest statuses (Todo / In Progress / Done / Blocked), owners, due dates.
6. **Summarize**: Clean list + top recommendations + next action.
7. **Persist**: Suggest creating in scheduled-tasks (for recurring) or external-pm (for projects).

## Prioritization Frameworks

- **Eisenhower**: Urgent+Important (Do first), Important not Urgent (Schedule), Urgent not Important (Delegate), neither (Delete).
- **Impact vs Effort**: High impact / low effort first.
- **MoSCoW**: Must / Should / Could / Won't.
- Time-sensitive external commitments first.

## Best Practices

- One task = one clear outcome + verb.
- Add context: why it matters, dependencies.
- Break large work into 30-60 min chunks.
- Review open items regularly (suggest scheduling this).
- Use simple markdown lists or tables for output.

## Integration

- Entry point from `task-orchestrator` for ad-hoc/personal work.
- **After plans**: Take output from `generate-project-plan`, `writing-plans`, or `executing-plans` and prioritize/break into personal todos.
- **lvlltd-launch-pack**: Prioritize the 8 launch steps (business model, crypto, security, alignment, etc.) for the user.
- **RSEO / agent orchestration**: Turn RSEO reflections or subagent outputs into prioritized personal action lists. Schedule via `scheduled-tasks`.
- Push high-priority personal items to `external-pm` when they become team work.
- Use `brainstorming` outputs directly as input for prioritization.
- Track progress to feed back into `recursive-skill-evolution-orchestrator` loops or lvlltd reputation.

Example flow: lvlltd-launch-pack run → output summary → todo-prioritizer breaks into actionable list → route some to scheduled-tasks or external-pm → orchestrate via task-orchestrator.

## Examples

**User dumps a list:**
Capture → Apply Eisenhower → Produce prioritized list with suggested breaks and systems to track in.

**"Help me prioritize my week":**
List current open items (may call other skills first) → Prioritize → Break down top items → Recommend 3-5 actions.

Always offer to create real tasks in the right system after organizing.
